SHIPPING

Items ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase (unless otherwise stated in the listing) via USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes so you get tracking and insurance.

Please email us after your order is placed if you'd like to upgrade shipping methods.

If you are local to zip code 17602 and would like to pick up your order, your shipping will be reimbursed once your order is picked up. Orders MUST be picked up within 2 weeks or the order will be shipped to the address provided and there will be no reimbursement for shipping.

Backdrops: Backdrops are shipped in tubes and therefore shipping rates are as is no matter how many items you buy. Discounted rates for adding additional items do not count with backdrops since they ship individually from other items. Backdrops are shipped USPS and come rolled up in in a tube.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received was different than shown/described in the listing.
